Payment options All items must be pre paid prior to delivery. Shadesailsailsonline accepts MasterCardAmex  and Visa credit cards online. Order Confirmation You should receive an email confirmation after you have completed your order. Returns Policy Please note that we only refund costs if the return is a result of our error or the item is damaged in transit. Goods Damaged in Transit If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a “no charge” replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product  to us for assessment.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is an error or  damage, please follow these returns instructions- You must contact us prior to returning an item. Email us at [email protected] within 2 working days of receiving your order indicating the reason for your return. Refunds Shadesailsonline will only refund the purchase price and freight charges if a product is returned as a result of our error and/or because of faulty material or workmanship. (in addition to goods damaged in transit – see above)

The shipping time for your order will depend on your location. Our policy is to ship items within 4 working days of funds clearing. Order Amendments or Cancellations:

 

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot amend or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. You can cancel or amend an order before the item enters the shipping process by sending us an email with your name, email address, order confirmation number together with the details of the changes you wish to make, such as altering delivery instructions or changing the colour of a requested item. Shade Sails Online will email you a note confirming the changes have been made. Pricing All prices are shown in AUS Dollars and include all freight and GST (where applicable).
