SPECIFICALLY, WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: 1) ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES; AND 2) ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

CUSTOMER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THE SERVICE IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS OR THIRD-PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH CUSTOMER.
NEITHER THE SERVICE NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. CUSTOMER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT ON THE SERVICE.

All trademarks appearing on the service are trademarks of their respective owners.
Payment options
All items must be pre paid prior to commencement of fabrication. Shadesailsailsonline accepts MasterCard, Amex and Visa credit cards online.
Order Confirmation
You should receive an email confirmation after you have completed your order.
Order Amendments or Cancellations:
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot amend or cancel an order once it has entered the fabrication process. You can cancel or amend an order before the item enters the fabrication process by sending us an email with your name, email address, order confirmation number together with the details of the changes you wish to make, such as altering delivery instructions or changing the colour of a requested item. Shade Sails Online will email you a note confirming the changes have been made.
Returns
All our Shade Sails are custom made upon order and there is No Refunds or Returns for these products.
Please note that we only replace an item because of our error, or the item is damaged in transit.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Goods received damaged or defective will be replaced free of charge.
Shipping and Delivery
Typically we aim to fabricate and ship your order within 10 work days of funds clearing and we will provide you with a tracking number when your order is shipped.
Your purchase will be sent by Australia Post. The shipping time for your order is typically between 2 and 6 business days.
